Alarm Clock Pro App Reviews

Just one request: The software should give an option to set an alarm for the last day(s) of the month, e.g. for due payments, looking up instruments (gas, electricity etc.)

Alarms and repeating alarms, launching AppleScripts, adjusting system volume, shutdowns, sleeps, screenshots, etc. If you need an alarm this app will probably do it and then some.

there is no option to have a second clock with a different time zone, ever since i upgraded to mavericks os, the alarms don’t ring anymore

This thing was great for a while… now it won’t even open. How am I supposed to put my faith in a software broken for this long!? I might was well start some Cron Jobs for alarms because right now this is the pits

After I upgraded to Mavericks, Alarm Clock Pro stopped opening.

They ruined the program! I cannot delete it or turn it off…and it keeps crashing my computer! This was a great program but it is now garbage…I will have to format my hard drive. That makes it a computer virus to me.

Was working fine, but now they have borked it. Non-app store version from their website runs, but I am not about to pay again for a license considering I already paid for the app here.

I used to use this program in my classroom, and have used different versions over the years. Now it won’t open and is useless to me. I am running it on 10.11 (or trying to) without success. I used to find the timers extremely helpful, but will have to change to something else.

Crashes on start of app. Would be cool if I could get what I paid for here.

Fair warning, this app is not the most user-friendly out there, but it is the most costumizable. Great alarm clock app all around, love it. My only complaint is that the feature to gradually increase the computer volume over a period of time when the alarm goes off is non-existant. It would be very nice to have that feature as well as a link to a user guide on the description of this app.

So far the only thing that can get me off my Mac!!

Found out that using "Go to URL" option was all that was needed to allow alarm to play the "streaming" internet radio station I wanted to listen to. My rating is revised to FIVE STARS ... IM HAPPY and glad I got Alarm Clock Pro afterall. OLD Review: I purchased this app based on recent articles even though its the most expensive of the alarm apps ... the one feature I wanted it for does not work ... its being able to play internet radio music from a URL (i.e. http://.scrp.org/listen_live/ ) VERY DISAPPOINTED

Most apps are pretty intuitive and easy to use but this one basically requires that you look up instructions on their website. Also setting alarms is like a 10 step process and if everythings not exactly right, then no alarm!

This thing has saved my butt soo many times. Its awesome.

It works fine with Mac Mini 10.6.8 in my bedroom as an alarm clock with iTunes

I use this daily! Not only for my wake up alarm, but for reminding me of important things that I need to do. Best of all, i get to choose how and when I am notified.

Does what its supposed to. Tight, and well written. I just wish a support contact were more available. Documentation is thorough, however, I still have a question or two that arent addressed. All in all a great buy. If you need alarms, this one does it right!!!

You want a complex alarm to start off a bunch of tasks? This can do that. You just want a simple alarm to go off to remind you to start dinner while youre playing Roller Coaster Tycoon? This can do that. You want your favorite playlist to wake you up in the morning? This can do that. I especially like the ability to set up basics like a template, then just change what you need. Like use the "take the steak out" timer later to "start cooking."

The program says it can work even if my computer is asleep... How can I make it work?
